RULES & POLICIES
Please respect our cabins and leave them as you found them. No smoking in cabins. If you do smoke please dispose of your butts properly. Don't throw them on ground and in water please. Swim at your own risk. Drive or hike only in designated areas. Do not cut any limbs from trees. No littering No glass in or around water. Do not leave children unattended at water or lodging site. No Firearms, including BB Guns No loud music, loud noises, drugs or public intoxication allowed. No pets allowed.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:
"Lessee" shall include all persons occupying property rented from Riding River Ranch and Leo & Carlye Pavlas. "Lessee" agrees to protect, indemnify, save and hold "Riding River Ranch" harmless, including its officers, agents and employees from and against all losses, costs, and expenses, and from and against all claims, demands, suits, and action for damages or from liability of whatever nature for any and all damages to property of ours and others, or for injury (including death) to any person or persons, arising or in any way growing out of our stay at property owned by "Riding River Ranch".
