Please be aware before booking that our ranch has no cell phone service on the ranch or at the main gate.  Guest wi-fi is available in and around main cabin area.  There is no wi-fi or cell service at Gate House or Log Cabin.  PLEASE make sure to inform all in your party that cell phone use on the ranch is unavailable unless connected to wi-fi.

We do not allow pets on our ranch.  Please remember to tell all members of your party that we don't allow pets.

Swimming at the ranch is strictly for cabin renting guests only.   Please do not call or come by seeking day use of swimming holes or trails.  

If you are a renting guest and have friends/family staying elsewhere in the Leakey/Concan area, they are not allowed to come to the ranch for swimming during the day.  

As of October 2014, the entrance to the ranch will be locked at all times.  Please consult your confirmation email or letter once you've booked to get the code to the gate. 

Also, PLEASE INFORM ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY OF CODE ONCE YOU'VE BOOKED.  Cell phones do not work at the gate or on the ranch.
